Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Custom Apopka Concrete and Masonry website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site or booking a job with us, you agree to them, so please read them first. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

When we sign a written estimate or contract with you for a job, that document controls wherever it says something different from this page.

What we do

Custom Apopka Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Apopka, FL. We do brick, block, stone, paver and concrete work for homes in Apopka and the cities around it. We're licensed and insured. You can read more about us on our About page and find the full list of services from the home page.

What's on this site is general information about masonry. It isn't an engineering opinion or advice for your house, because we can't judge a wall, foundation or chimney until we've seen it in person. Listing a service on the site doesn't promise we can take on every job.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no pressure and no obligation. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, and it's good for the time written on it, because material costs and our schedule can change after that.

Masonry often hides problems behind the surface, like a failed footing or water damage inside a wall. If we find something once the job is open that changes the work, we'll stop, show you and give you the added cost in writing before we go on. We don't add charges you haven't approved.

Any general price information elsewhere on this site isn't a quote for your job. Only a written estimate from us is.

Scheduling, delays and cancellation

We set a start date with you once you accept an estimate. Dates can move because of rain, heat, material deliveries, inspections or an earlier job running long, and we won't lay mortar or pour concrete in weather that would keep it from curing right. We'll tell you as soon as we know a date is moving.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (407) 358-0149 as early as you can. Once we've ordered special materials or started work, you're responsible for those materials and the work done to that point, as your written agreement spells out.

You agree to give our crew reasonable access to the work area. You also agree to tell us about irrigation lines, pets, gate codes or anything else on the property we should know about before we arrive.

Payment

Your written estimate or contract sets the payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due. If a balance goes unpaid, we may pause work and use the remedies Florida law gives contractors to collect what's owed.

If a payment is returned or a card charge is reversed without cause, you're responsible for that amount and any reasonable costs of collecting it.

Warranties and what they don't cover

We stand behind our work. Any written warranty for your job is the one in your estimate or contract, and it covers what that document says it covers.

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, we don't warrant against problems we didn't cause. That includes ground settling, tree roots, poor drainage on the property, storm damage and misuse. It also includes the natural color and texture differences in brick, stone and pavers, and the hairline cracks concrete commonly gets as it cures.

The website itself is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete, current or free of errors, and to the fullest extent Florida law allows, we disclaim implied warranties for the site's content.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Florida law allows, Custom Apopka Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using this site or relying on its content.

For work we perform, your written agreement sets our responsibility. Unless it says otherwise, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where the law doesn't allow that limit. Nothing on this page takes away a right that Florida law says can't be waived.

If we disagree

If something goes wrong, call us first. Most problems get fixed faster when we can come back out and look at them with you, so please give us a fair chance to make it right before you take other steps.

If we can't settle it between us, either side may bring the claim in a court with jurisdiction over Apopka, Florida, unless your written agreement sets a different process, such as mediation.

Which law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Rules that would apply another state's law don't apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies when you use the site. An update doesn't change a written agreement you've already signed with us.

These terms were last updated November 3, 2026. If you have a question about them, call (407) 358-0149 or send us a note through our contact page.
